Please carefully read the following content to understand our return and replenishment fee policy applicable to all products sold by ARTCISE.

(Please note: Keep the original shipping box in good condition to prevent you from wanting to return it in the future)
(1) Non quality issues
After the delivery of the product you purchased, you can start the return process within 15 days after delivery. We do not accept returns after 15 days.
Full refund; The buyer pays for the return shipping fee. Before starting the return process, customers need to contact support@artcise.net To obtain approval for return.
We do not accept returns without ARTCISE's permission.
(2) Quality issues
Within 15 days of receipt: full refund, no return shipping or handling fees will be charged; Alternatively,
buyers can replace other products at the same price without paying additional return shipping fees.
Attention: Please note that our ARTCISE team will carefully investigate quality issues.
If there are no quality issues and any damage to the product is found to be intentional or man-made,
we will still charge return shipping fees.
